| Heaps and heaps of gratitude and praise were expressed for Doug Mallory's programs in 2006 and 2007. He has done an awesome job juggling schedules and booking edutaining (Like that new word?) speakers on a shoestring budget!! Thanks Doug, for all the phone calls, e-mails, trips to the airport, and weekends you have dedicated to the betterment of our society, our meetings, and our orchids. |
We can all volunteer anytime anywhere in the MBG and have it earmarked toward the MOS meeting room rental expense. Be
sure to sign the Volunteer Log Book at the reception desk. "If we all become a members of the MBG our rent would be free, plus other benefits", Chuck Pintner suggested. "It's a nice place to visit and not only do you get free admission here, but also at many botanic gardens around the country."
